Predictive medicine appears as consequence of the interest to be able to determine which are going to be the diseases that the individual is going to present in the future. Its motivation is to prevent, as far as possible, these diseases and to develop new therapeutic proposals with the aim to guarantee the human dignity, bearing in mind, the environment and socio-cultural context. Pre-implantation genetic diagnosis, in order to find chromosome and genetic disorders in the embryo before transferring to the mother, allows identifying those embryos without chromosome disorders or genetic mutations. Reflections about the scientific and technique importance of these procedures and their ethic evaluation are considered. It is important to indicate that some procedures are invasive and could generate conflicts of values.
