Archaeologist as a Historian of Science (according to historical and scientific publications by S. V. Kuzminykh)

Abstract

The paper studies the historical-scientific and historiographic component of the work of the archaeologist S.V. Kuzminykh, analyzes the process of transformation of the historical and scientific interests of the researcher from problem historiography to study of the history of archaeology are analyzed, and outlines the key historical and scientific problems of the history of Russian archaeology, the formulation and solution of which is largely associated with the scientist’s name.
