semogeo : une plateforme d’exploration des mots-clés des géographes français (1960-2007)

Abstract

This paper aims to present an interactive web platform called semogeo for exploring the keywords used by French geographers to identify their work from 1969 to 2007. This platform applies semantic network analysis methods to the Répertoire des géographes, very rich information source on the discipline and still largely untapped. The article begins with a short presentation of the source and proposes a state of the art of methods of visualization of disciplinary structures. Then it describes the conception and implemention of the platform with R and the shiny package.
