Improvement directions process managements in the services sector of the russian federation
Abstract
In the article the analysis of service sector in the Russian Federation, the directions of the improvement of process management in this area. In the sphere of rendering of paid services in Russia marked slowdown in growth of volume of services provided to consumers, in the field of social services on the contrary are reinforced by the positive dynamics. In this area reduces productivity, there are negative trends in the economic situation, which reduces the efficiency of process management agencies of sphere of services. The main directions of increase of efficiency of activity of establishments of the service sector is the implementation of process management mathematical methods, scenarioname and theory of options trading.
