The Human readiness of Algerian university libraries to E- management orientation

Abstract

This study aims to measure the readiness of Constantine universities libraries to adapt the electronic management ideology by measuring the availability of the human requirements ensure the success of this orientation This study was based on a descriptive surveying approach and utilized the questionnaire and the interview as techniques for collecting information; statistical processing was performed through data analysis using the statistical program SPSS.
