Abstract Although the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB) has gained attention as an invasive agricultural pest, the dermatological implications of this bug's presence in human contacts are still relatively unknown. We provide a compelling example of contact dermatitis following the accidental crushing of a BMSB in a 35‐year‐old male.
