REACŢIA EMBRIONILOR MATURI DE TRITICUM AESTIVUM LA FILTRATELE DE CULTURĂ FUSARIUM SP.

Abstract

Six wheat genotypes (Triticum aestivum) were tested in vitro for callusation response on Murashige-Skoog medium with addition of filtrates of Fusarium sp. culture in different concentrations. As a result, sensitivity/resistance of these genotypes against the filtrates of Fusarium sp. culture was determined. Among the factor interrelationships filtrate con-centration and plant genotype were found to be the more significant factors.
