Goldenhar syndrome is a rare disease characterized by anomalies of the ear, eye and vertebrae, caused by developmental failure of the first and second brachial arches. Genitourinary, cardiac, skeletal and central nervous system anomalies can also be seen in addition to craniofacial anomalies. In this article, we present a 2-month-old case with recurrent urinary tract infections, skeletal and ear anomalies accompanied by Goldenhar syndrome.
