Electronic Learning and The Ability of University Staff to Apply its Skills
Abstract
Abstract: This Research aims to Detection what is the extent to which Faculty of education of applied the skills E-learning mastery, during answering the following questions: Q1: what is an e-learning skill for teaching College of education? Q2: how to enable faculty to the Faculty of education of an application skills E-learning and mastery? To achieve the objective of research, the researcher is formulation three zero hypotheses following: 1. There are no differences statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the mastery degree of E-learning skills for faculty of education in the University of Mosul and the supposition average (1.5)? 2. There are no differences statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) in the degree of mastery learning skills possessed by the teaching faculty of education at the University of Mosul, according to the gender variable?. 3. There are no differences statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) in the degree of mastery learning skills possessed by the teaching faculty of education at the University of Mosul, according to changing sex? The Community of Search is consist of all Faculty in University of Mosul, were also selected a sample of intentional teaching faculty of education at the University of Mosul, and numbering(25), the researcher preparation of a research tool, and check the sincerity and consistency. After applying search tool, and analyses the results, the researcher is reached a number of conclusions and recommendations and proposals.
