Individuals with disabilities have the right to receive education on an equal basis with individuals without disabilities in the society they live in. In order for this right to be used by the people with disabilities, educational institutions should offer services with special arrangements for these people. University libraries support educational activities with the resources and services they offer at the universities they are subjected to. It is important to expand the services and the resources to cover the people with disabilities in terms of ensuring equal access to education. Local studies evaluating library services in terms of users with disabilities have mostly focused on visually impaired users, and found that services are not at the expected level in our country. This study, which aims to determine the level of the services provided by university libraries in Turkey to disabled users, has revealed that, in line with the existing research in the literature, library services provided for people with disabilities, are not at an adequate level. Data of the study have been collected through an analysis of the webpages of 183 universities in terms of the services provided for disabled users.
