101 Applications for a Binary Table and a Spreadsheet

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to show how to create a binary table in Excel and to give applications of a varied nature using the binary table to generate data on which mathematical investigations can be based. Elementary applications considered are the binary form of an integer, the concept of power set, and sampling distributions.
