Invoked in the genesis and decompensated autoimmune diseases, stress, exhausted and overwhelmed when the person weakens its immune system, resulting in a failure of immune regulation or immunomodulation. It is known that Bach´s flower therapy is, among others, an alternative treatment of support for diseases with a component in which the negative effects of stress are intertwined. One coasiexperimental study with two samples of patients (control group and study group) diagnosed with the autoimmune disease systemic erythematosus lupus presenting acute crisis of this illness in the period of time from September 2011 to September 2012 in the "Arnaldo Milian Castro." Surgical Hospital. The study group also classic (cytostatics and steroids) treatment was given adjunctive modality Bach´s flower therapy (PINE drug), and control group was established classical treatment for autoimmune disease. These treatments were imposed for three months and patients were observed before and after the end of this time period; aspects were seen from the analytical point of view (C-reactive protein, immunoglobulins, complements C3 and C4, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, cell lupus erythematosus, lupus anticoagulant and circulating immune complexes). Improvement after treatment classic intercrisis (steroids) in both groups remained maintenance and, in the case of the study group was used, associated with the treatment of (personalized) floral therapy. It was observed in patients who used the flower therapy (study group) a better outcome of acute crisis and in the period between attacks decreased relapse rate was observed, it was recommended to use this complementary therapy in these diseases.
