Superior vena cava syndrome is a rare oncologic emergency in children. Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma is the most common tumor and the most common subtype is T-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Steroids, chemotherapy and radiotherapy are used for treatment. In this article, a case of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma causing superior vena cava syndrome and completely regressed with two doses of steroid is presented.
