Urachal sinus has a varied presentations, commonest being the umbilical discharge. Rarely can it open as sinus tract in region between the umbilicus and pubic symphysis. We present a rare case where the sinus tract is opening in suprapubic region in midway between pubis an umbilicus. There are various case reports describing prepubic congenital sinus, which is slightly different from our case. There are only 3 case reports (including ours) this suprapubic sinus variant. The embryological origin of these variations is unclear. Complete excision remains the main modality of treatment. Thorough follow up of these cases are essential due to its rarity of occurrence.
