Dynamic Monitoring System of Coal Mine Main Lifting Equipment

Abstract

In view of problems of single monitoring existed in traditional condition monitoring systems of coal mine main lifting equipment, the paper proposed a design scheme of dynamic monitoring system of lifting equipment. The system realizes real-time monitoring of dynamic tension of steel wire rope, broken wire monitoring of steel wire rope and on-line monitoring of distance shaft guide, which provides guarantee for safe operation of lifting equipment.
