Irradiation experiments and field-circuit co-simulation experiments are carried out on the fuze antenna for the high-power microwave interference effect of FM fuze, and corresponding protective measures are proposed. The interference and damage distance of HPM weapons are analyzed by irradiation model. The interference effects of HPM rectangular pulses with different angles, peaks and pulse widths on the RF front-end are studied by a field-circuit co-simulation model. The test results show that the larger the deviation of the HPM from the main beam, the worse the attack effect, but it is strengthened at the side lobes. With the increase of the injection power, the interference ability of the HPM will gradually reach saturation. Interference intensity generally increases with the width, the maximum interference signal generated by the rectangular pulse almost covers the difference frequency signal completely, which seriously affects the accuracy of target recognition. Adding a limiting circuit can reduce the HPM irradiation to a certain extent, but cannot protect against interference generated when HPM and echo signals arrive at the same time.
