Relationship of Social Support and Happiness with Religiosity

The aim of this study was the relationship between social support and happiness and religious among secondary school students and to achieve this goal, has been used descriptive-correlation research method. The statistical population of this study was all high school male and female students of Tabriz city in academic year 2016-2017. Of this population, 353 people have been selected by random cluster sampling method. To collect data from questionnaires religious beliefs (Temple) Golzari (2000), social support Wax and et al (1986) and Happiness Oxford Argyle & Lu were used. To analyze the data, Pearson and t-test analysis were used. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between social support and happiness and religiosity. On the other hand t test results showed a significant difference between male and female students of religiosity among them. Thus, according to the results of this study reinforcing social support and enhancing students' happiness can be effective in providing religious students.
