The article presents data on the activity of some enzymes of rats’ renal tissue in experimental diabetes mellitus in the early period of its formation. It was found that at 11 days of the experiment, the activity of enzymes alkaline phosphatase and succinate dehydrogenase, both in streptotrozine-induced diabetes mellitus and in the introduction of NADP, did not change much, suggesting that the registered changes are adaptive in their nature.
