Platelet Count and Bleeding in Patients Receiving Anticoagulant Therapy for Venous Thromboembolism: Lesson from the RIETE Registry

Several clinical scores have been planned to identify patients at higher risk of bleeding, and most of them take into consideration the number of platelets in particular if lower than normal.
