Abstract

This article tries to explain the most controversial legal issues raised by the Spanish People’s action, such as the possibility of exercise by Legal-public entities and the exclusion of its exercise of foreigners. It is necessary to highlight the judicial malpractice carried out by the courts when it comes to interpreting the popular action depending on the type of person who exercises it.
