The Dignity of Life and the Prohition of Cruelty

Abstract

This article intends to provoke if a personal dignity is limited to defend humans concepted in a civil law or if could be extended to the other non human species, identified, in the literature, who is the holder about this right and how the constitutional order could be identify a range possibly to another species, from the constitutional prohibit of cruelty.
