Factors affecting the quality of education of students of the Baqer al-Uloom Marine Training Center of the Navy of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Abstract

This applied research was conducted in a descriptive method with a mixed approach and with the aim of identifying the factors affecting the improvement of the quality of education of students of the Baqer al-Uloom (AS) Naval Training Center of the Navy of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The statistical population of the study was 318 experts in the field of training and education, commanders and all non-commissioned officers. The results showed that the factors: educational facilities, educational texts, educational planning and characteristics of teachers are effective in improving the quality of education of students of this command.
