In this study, we have been interested in the pedagogical aspect, the duration training and the understanding of the contents of the ICTE module, To this end, we rely on the ICTE course and, its usefulness as well as the various documents used by the trainers, to analyze how they interpret and implement the program. We also asked each of the 111 trainee professors in the scientific fields (SVT, PC, Maths, Computer Science), who are taking this training at the CRMEF in Fez, based on a questionnaire survey, their own opinions from their private experiences in training. It must lead us to formulate our field of research to make informed decisions about the programs and teaching strategies to be preferred, as well as the importance and usefulness of ICTE. The results of our study suggest that it seems necessary to place great importance on the activities of reformulation and modification of new practices of ICTE in training at CRMEF and to move towards new teaching directions of the ICTE module, thus ensuring the deepening of the assimilated achievements by trainee teachers for real integration of ITCE into their future professional practices.
