Studying Problem of Providing Medicines to the Patients with Celiac Disease Based on Pharmaceutical Law
Abstract
The objective of the study was to investigate the problem of providing medicines to the patients with celiac disease based on pharmaceutical law. As the methods of study, the authors have used comprehensive approach that includes legal and documentary analysis. For clarity, the findings are presented in tabular form. The authors have studied the symptomatic manifestations of celiac disease, as well as drugs used for its treatment. The survey results indicate that the existing range of medicines, used in the comprehensive treatment for cutaneous manifestations of celiac disease, can not fully satisfy the need for them and can not solve the problem of patient’s individual intolerance of a drug. The authors proposed an extemporaneous formulation, which enables to combine different active pharmaceutical ingredients in a single dosage form, taking into account patient’s features. The instruction for medical use has been developed, and control regimen for a given extemporaneous formulation has been determined.
