Perioperative nursing of a patient with lumbar spinal stenosis and diabetes mellitus (1例腰椎椎管狭窄症合并糖尿病患者的围手术期护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized perioperative nursing management of a patient with lumbar spinal stenosis and diabetes mellitus. A multi-disciplinary team consisted of experts in endocrinology and infection control had taken a comprehensive diagnosis and risk assessment before and after surgery. Comprehensive nursing interventions such as individualized pain management, diabetic diet management, blood glucose management, prevention of postoperative incision infection and extend care were carried out to improve the postoperative recovery of the patient. (本文总结1例腰椎椎管狭窄症合并糖尿病患者的围手术期护理体会。护理要点包括: 与内分泌科、感染控制中心协作诊治, 进行充分的术前准备; 术后实施个性化预防性镇痛方案、围手术期糖尿病饮食管理和血糖管理, 积极做好术后伤口感染的预防及出院后延续性护理。)
