CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TO MANAGEMENT OF FINANCIAL SECURITY OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

Regional financial resource provision depends on the capabilities (potential) of the subject of the Russian Federation and determines the main opportunities for the development of the territory. The resource provision of territorial development depends on a number of factors, such as budgetary security, investment attractiveness, credit activity, a sufficient income level of the population of the subject of the Russian Federation, which determines the need to develop an effective mechanism for managing financial potential, the main elements of which are the main factors that determine the financial stability and security of the economy . Therefore, this study is devoted to the management of financial potential based on the optimization offinancial flows of the territory, which will form a regional concept of resource provision for inancially safe economic development.
