The proper management of people’s work manifests the implementation of humanistic management in the public administration

Human resources are the foundation of every organization’s development. In today’s ever-evolving globalization process, employees in public administration must have the skills and competencies they need to be able to carry out the tasks entrusted to them. Any organization resource, including human resources, must be subject to appreciation, resulting in an increase in the personal value of each employee. On the other hand, in order to properly and effectively raise the value of human resources in public administration, managers must be mindful of the correct process of directing people. This is especially important in the ever-changing environment of the organization. This process, however, is achievable through the implementation of humanistic management, a manifestation of the specific empowerment of every human being. This article is devoted to humanistic management issues, which, through the available legal, decision and organizational tools, support the process of proper management and directing the work of people in the public sector.
