In Southern Khorasan province (East of Iran), we are witnessing earthquakes with different magnitudes due to active faults (faults oriented north-south, east-west and north-west south-east). To minimize the damage, determining the areas of high potential seismic is of particular importance. In this study, six effective factors in Earthquake such as Seismic Moment, Seismic Isoacceleration, Seismic Isofracture, distance from Fault, unit resistances and depth of Alluvium are used. Effective parameters were prioritized in this research. Next, weight of parameters was determined by using fuzzy logic and were combined together by ARC GIS software. Zoning studies suggest that seismic moment and Isoacceleration factors play the most important role in the occurrence of earthquakes in the region. In the zoning map of the fuzzy method, privacy faults of Nehbandan, Sahlabad, Dehek, Chaharfarsakh, Ardekool and Majan are very high. Based on the parameters of seismic acceleration, the acceleration of Dehek fault to the villages of that region is 0.58 PGA. Output maps based on fuzzy algebraic (sum) is highly adapted to the fact that 20, 28, 26, 16 and 10 percent of the region is of very low, low, medium, high, and very high risk classes. Dehek area is located at high and very high risk classes (70%) in this map
