Teaching foreign monologic communication in the aspect of the competency based approach
Abstract
The article deals with the problem of teaching foreign monologic communication (MC) in the conditions of the competency based approach. The communicative, psychological and language monologue features are analysed. The components of foreign monologic communication competence (MCC) are described. The factors that influence the process of MCC are studied. The stages of teaching MC are grounded. Exercises for teaching MC are considered. Means of teaching and assessment of MCC are defined.
