Contribution to local development from the university campus perspective

Abstract

The State and the Cuban Government have directed their efforts to strengthening and perfecting the processes in the municipalities. The objective: to assess the contribution to local development from the perspective of a university campus. It mixed investigation guided by the case study method, the theoretical and empirical, statistical and/or mathematical methods (percent calculi as proceeding), during five years. The quantitative and qualitative data, assessment the effective University Campus labor focus to local development. As the result of human resource capacity, methodology assessor in: elaborations, approbation and evaluating of different project at territory.
