Case of the HCV-associated immune thrombocytopenia in patient with chronic hepatitis C

Abstract

Clinical observation shows a case of the HCV-associated immune thrombocytopenia which is infrequent extrahepatic manifestation of chronic hepatitis C. The case peculiarity is the manifestation of chronic HCV-infection by hemorrhagic syndrome at minimum expressed hepatic manifestations and absence of hepatocirrhosis signs.
