This study aimed to assess the marital satisfaction and its relative factors in the elderly people in Kashan city. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 400 elderly people whom were covered by health centers in Kashan city. Sampling method was a multi-stage sampling. Demographic and Persian Enrich questionnaire were used to collect the data. Data were analyzed using Chi-square, Fisher's test, Pearson correlation and model of logistic regression. Multivariate analysis showed that income home ownership, re-marriage and physical problem were predictors of marital satisfaction (P<0.05). These factors explained 18% of variance.
