MOTIVATION FACTORS WHICH INFLUENCE ON BUSINESSMEN WHO CARRY OUT SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE ACTIVITY
Abstract
The article deals with businessmen's motivation towards social responsibility of business. The certain motivations factors are typical for each development stage of business. The businessmen's motives are formed under the influence of external and internal environment, therefore business directions towards changes if external area for motivation rise of socio-oriented activities by businessmen will be named a motivational mechanism. The realization of state policy in the field of business social activity stimulation leads to beneficial effect both for territory presence and country in whole.
