Construction and management of the Traditional Chinese Medicine specialist breast care clinic under the concept of green medicine (中医绿色乳腺专科护理门诊的建设与管理)

Abstract

In order to give full play to the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing specialties and improve the level of comprehensive nursing services in hospital outpatient clinics, Dongfang Hospital Beijing University of Chinese Medicine has been actively promoting the TCM Green Specialist Breast Care Clinic project since October 2017, which was affiliated to TCM Green Care Clinic Project authorized by the Beijing Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The scope of service recipients and responsibilities are clarified in terms of methodology, conceptual support, clinic orientation, organizational management and quality control, environmental construction, and personnel preparation. In terms of project implementation management, outpatient nurses maintain high cure rate and satisfaction rate of patients and refine the characteristics and advantages of the outpatient clinic by providing patients with TCM green appropriate technology operation, treatment course management, treatment effect entry, emotional and spiritual guidance, health education and follow-up work. In order to provide a reference basis for the introduction of the standardized construction and management plan of the specialist clinic and the standardized construction of the Chinese and Western medicine nursing clinic. (为发挥中医护理专科优势, 提升医院门诊综合护理服务水平, 北京中医药大学东方医院自2017年10月获北京市中医管理局授权建设“中医绿色护理门诊”后, 积极推进“中医绿色乳腺专科护理门诊”项目, 从方法、理念支持、门诊定位、组织管理与质量控制、环境构建、人员准备中明确了服务对象与职责范围。在项目实施管理上, 门诊护士通过为患者进行中医绿色适宜技术操作、疗程管理、疗效入档、情志指导、健康教育及随访工作, 保持患者高治愈率与满意度, 精进门诊特色及优势。以期为专科门诊规范化建设管理方案出台, 中西医护理门诊标准化建设提供参考依据。)
