As the core of the national administration, the resolutions of the Executive Yuan Session are the basis for the subsequent actions of other executive authorities at all levels, and the relevant written records not only serve as the basis for the overall administration of the country, but are also important for the continuous development of the records of the past sessions, which are a reflection of the trajectory of the national development. In view of this, this study focuses on the Executive Yuan Session’s Minutes of the National Government (國民政府), and explores the functions, rules, and roles of Executive Yuan Session and the contents, structure, and characteristics of Executive Yuan Session’s Minutes through documentary crawling and collation. This paper also discusses the editions, current conditions, and value of the Executive Yuan Session’s Minutes held by National Archives Administration, National Development Council (NAA), and serves as a reference for the relevant institutions and subsequent research.(Article content in Chinese with English extended abstract)
