This article discusses the interactive technology of teaching students in the vocational education system. The purpose of the article is to reveal the possibilities of interactive teaching technologies in the training of highly qualified specialists. Based on the analysis of the relevant literature, concepts such as: “interaction” were defined; "Interactive learning"; "Interactive teaching methods." The didactic possibilities of using interactive teaching technologies in secondary vocational education are disclosed and various methods of interactive learning are analyzed. Also considered are the features of the organization of the educational process using interactive tools and teaching methods for college students and technical schools. As a result of the analysis, the authors found that the use of interactive teaching methods in secondary vocational education in the learning process allows us to solve many problems, such as: the diverse development of the personality of students, their acquisition of various social and communication skills, the development of leadership and team relations in the training team, intensification of cognitive activity. The basis of the interactive teaching method is the mutual communication of the teacher and students. Interactive teaching methods also contribute to the formation of professional competencies, labor skills in secondary vocational students.
