The Management of Elaborating the Program for University Studies With License Exam for The Economic Engineering Specialization

Abstract

Given the current socio-economic contextand the needs for long-term development in Romania,The National Strategic Reference Framework has asgeneral objective the employment of educationalmeans with the aim of reducing the economic andsocial discrepancies between Romania and othercountries that are members of the European Union.One territorial and four thematic priorities have beenidentified. The program for university studies withlicense exam for the economic engineeringspecialization, in the electric, the electronic and theenergetic field and the domain of Management andEngineering can be associated with the priority axisentitled “Development and More Efficient Use ofHuman Capital in Romania”. The National StrategicReference Framework 2007-2013 can establish aconnection between the national priorities fordevelopment, included in the National DevelopmentPlan 2007-20013 and the European priorities – TheCommunity Strategic Guidelines concerning the 2007-2013Ccohesion and the revised Lisbon strategy.
