In order to create a matrix of standard logical and parametric models of accidents and emergencies described in accordance with the "Model Regulations on Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS)", the paper analyzes multivariable technical system "furnace – casting – worker" of melting and casting site of the foundry. In the result, taking into accountprobabilities of preconditions occurrence found by the statistical method, the authors have built logical models of accidents on the basis of which has been made the assessment of possibility measures of implementation of apical outcomes (AO) at the level of the degree of approximation. For AO given hygienic standards, a table was drawn up of intervals of influence andsusceptibility parameters values in normal andemergency system conditions. The possibility form of function of AO implementation showing the degree of deviation of the harmful (dangerous) factor parameter from the standard valueswas built.
