Methods of forming space electronic interaction within the combined territorial community

Abstract

The main difficulty implementing projects in the field of e-government at the local level is not application specific technologies and in the organization of decision-relevant standards and harmonization architecture of electronic interaction between different organizations, companies and public authorities. The components of such a development architecture to build a unified system of electronic interaction. The main features of the models of architecture information systems EA and SOA and standards set GIF. The basic framework of the model, describing the architecture of information systems and examples of their use in the development of electronic interaction in society. The ways of forming integrated electronic interaction system architecture and the survey areas of the current state of space electronic interaction of communities united by using adapted methodology for developing enterprise architecture.
