Abstract

The article analyzed the components of the model of the interaction a manager and a higher school teacher. The main elements of the model are characterized. The aims and tasks of the model are pointed out. The model background is the adaptive management system. Their feature is the change management that gives impetus for development. Higher school teacher's professional development is the basis of educational reforms in higher institutions. The advantages of implementing the model of the interaction a manager and a higher school teacher are underlined.
