The Ombudsman Of Regional Court Catarina Work As An Instrument Of Form For Management And Promote Transparency And Publicity Of Their Acts
Abstract
This article aims to analyze the Ombudsman of the Court of Santa Catarina work, as a management tool to promote the publicity and transparency of administrative acts within that Court. To study the objective was researched on the creation of the Ombudsman, its functions, operation, receipt and quantification of demands, accessibility and interaction with society, transparency and publicity of their actions. From the study of these criteria, it was possible to point out the weaknesses and strengths of the Ombudsman, as well as make several proposals to improve the work of the respective Court Ombudsman.
