El papel de los líderes en la historia: una mirada desde el pensamiento de Fidel Castro Ruz / The Role of Leaders in History: a Look from the Thought of Fidel Castro Ruz
Abstract
El artículo presenta un análisis del papel de los líderes en la historia y del concepto culto a la personalidad a partir de la interpretación que realiza el autor del pensamiento del Comandante en Jefe Fidel Castro Ruz, utilizando algunos textos muy importantes sobre este tema. Se presenta el problema del culto a la personalidad, en el socialismo, como una deformación del ideal socialista y se reflexiona sobre el rol del partido, las masas populares y el líder en la materialización de este fenómeno. Se ofrece un análisis de las cualidades que deben poseer los líderes revolucionarios, del problema de la institucionalización de los procesos de dirección en las revoluciones sociales y se ofrece un concepto del culto a la personalidad a través de una vinculación de la relación entre esta práctica y la autoridad. Se presenta una perspectiva de rol del Fidel en la conducción de la revolución. The article presents an analysis of the role of leaders in history and of the concept of cult of personality based on the interpretation of the author of the thought of Fidel Castro Ruz, using some very important texts on this subject. It presents the problem of the cult of personality in socialism as a deformation of the socialist ideal and reflects on the role of the party, the popular masses and the leader in the materialization of this phenomenon. It offers an analysis of the qualities that must be possessed by revolutionary leaders, the problem of the institutionalization of the processes of leadership in social revolutions and offers a concept of the cult of personality through a linkage of the relationship between this practice and the authority. It presents a perspective of role of the Fidel in the conduction of the revolution.
