Iterative method for phase extraction from phase-shifting interferograms with spatial noise
Abstract
We investigate an iterative method for phase extraction from phase-shifting interferograms with spatial noise. A generation process of an error caused by the spatial noise is analyzed. A new constraint is proposed to reduce the error in which the modulation intensity have the same distribution of the bias intensity. A numerical simulation is presented to show the performance of the method.
