Immunity and inflammation in cardiovascular disorders

Abstract

Abstract Recent studies have developed our understanding of the role of the immune system and inflammation in Cardiovascular Disease (CVD), opening new avenues for risk stratification and therapeutic intervention. However, gaps in our knowledge remain. To address this issue, BMC Cardiovascular Disorders has launched a Collection on “Immunity and Inflammation in Cardiovascular Disorders”.
