Variables that have p 400hrs in the past 3 months (AOR = 3.8; 95 % CI: 1.4, 9.9) and dissatisfaction in nursing profession(AOR = 2.2; 95 % CI: 1.1, 4.5) were associated with missed nursing care. Conclusion: In the research area, the incidence of MNC was relatively low; however crucial nursing care tasks like initial evaluation and physical examination were neglected.
