Combining Public and Private Start in International Organizations

The article shows that at the present stage of international governmental organizations, which are the subject of international public law, is increasingly becoming the authority in the field of private law. The activity of international governmental organizations to acquire, lease of property, as well as powers in the employment sphere. In conclusion, the author emphasizes that in addition to the common international responsibility, which is endowed with all the organizations, international organizations could be held liable for injury to third parties in accordance with their obligations, as well as for the damage caused to their employees.
