وقوع الجملة فاعلا بين الإثبات والنقض ?Does the sentence function as a subject

Abstract

In the name of Allah the most Merciful most Gracious Research Summary: Oh Allah, we praise you very much, prayers and peace upon Abu Qasim Muhammad, the messenger of the worlds, the preacher and warner of people, and on his household whose Allah have gone abomination away from them and purified them. The subject of this research is (whether the sentence is a subject). It was common among the ancient and modern Arab scholars that the sentence can be a subject for the verb that precedes it, and this is attributed it to the Kufi school. As for the Basri school, the sentence cannot be a subject. However, those who transferred it from the ancients were not certain in the attributing this view to the Kufis. Then, scholars said elsewhere that they go to what the Basris go to, and the research proved that the Kufis go to what the Basris go, except for Al-Fara'a ( died in 207 H.) in a saying of his. The research has concluded that the sentence cannot be subject regardless of the opinion of the two groups (Kufis and Basris) and this has been evidenced considerably according to grammar and meaning. اللهمّ إنّا نحمدك حمداً كثيرًا، والصلاة والسلام على أبي القاسم محمد المبعوث للعالمين بشيرًا ونذيرًا، وعلى آله الذين أذهب الله تعالى عنهم الرجس وطهرهم تطيرًا، أمّا بعد: فإنّ موضوع هذا البحث هو(وقوع الجملة فاعلًا بين الإثبات والنقض)؛ إذ شاع لدى علماء العربية القدماء والمحدثين أنّ الجملة يمكن أنْ تقع فاعلًا لعامل تقدّمها، ونُسب ذلك إلى الكوفيين، وعدّ أصلًا من أصولهم، أمّا البصريون فلا تقع الجملة عندهم فاعلًا، بيد أنّ الذين نقلوا ذلك من القدماء وقعوا في اضطراب في نسبة هذا الرأي إلى الكوفيين، فمنهم من قال إنّهم يجوّزون وقوعها فاعلًا، ثم قال في موضع آخر إنهم يذهبون الى ما يذهب إليه البصريون، وقد أثبت البحث أنَّ الكوفيين يذهبون إلى ما يذهب إليه الجمهور إلّا الفرَّاء(ت207ه) في قولٍ له، وقد استدل البحث على أنّ الجملة لا يمكن أنْ تقع فاعلًا بقطع النظر عن رأي الفريقين بمجموعة من الأدلة المعتبرة صناعة ومعنى.
