E-BUSINESS IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY
Abstract
The paper analyses the informatization and globalization of socio-cultural space and information technologies in the service industry. The advantages and disadvantages of E-Commerce are outlined; the ideology of E-Business is defined. The main features of informational society and its main principles, which characterize the real processes in the “thirdwave”-society are described; the importance of human resources as educated specialists with modern intellect information technologies expertise is underlined as well.
