Hypoandrogenaemia can take place in men body at aging and different pathologies. It can appear as the complex of gastrointestinal diseases symptoms. It, s common knowledge that the intestinal structure and function as well as microbiome changes are extremely important for body homeostasis, but their role in the development of hypoandrogenaemia is not described. A argentaffin cells produced serotonin acts to the structure and function of the colon and its microbiome and its production acts to the blood serum androgen level. The aim of the study was the investigation of the influence of the experimentally induced hypoandrogenaemia to the colon mucus structure and some components of its luminal population.
