Abstract: This study aims to focus on the impact of the living standard (children education, healthcare, and housing) on the workers decisions regarding social insurance. Thus, the research gives the evidences that highlight this influence. the sample of the study is formed of 40 workers from different sectors (trade, interpreunership, and agriculture). After using a questionnaire directed at them, the data was reviewed to understand this impact. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method, and concluded that there is a cause-effect relationship between school- related factors (education and healthcare costs and housing quality) and workers decision to benefit from social insurance services. It is also possible that other economic, social, cultural, or personal factors may play a larger role in this context. Keywords: the Impact; Living Standard; Decision; Social Insurance; El-Guerrara
